JENN TOMPKINS – VP OF Client Relations

Jenn was thrilled to join ProActivate in 2018. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology with a minor in Psychology from The University of Colorado in Boulder. She then went on to get her Master’s from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.

She began her career as a treating Clinician and then moved into Sales Management in the Healthcare Industry. In her Sales Management role, Jenn was responsible for building, training, leading, mentoring, and managing a team focused on Lead Generation, New Business Development, and Account Management.

Whether it is a patient, a team member, a client, or a candidate, Jenn is passionate about seeing others succeed. She will go over and beyond to ensure she is a valuable resource to anyone she works alongside.

Jenn grew up in Dallas where she currently resides with her husband and 3 kids.

 


Colleen Carroll – Director of Marketing

Colleen has been with the ProActivate team since 2011. She brings 6 years of experience of managing client relationships to ensure exceptional service levels. In 2019 Colleen transitioned to the Director of Sales and Marketing. She attended college at Letourneau University in Longview, Texas. Colleen has a passion for taking ProActivate’ s business to the next level and ensuring our internal team has what they need to be successful in order to serve our clients as trusted advisors.

She enjoys making an impact with our clients and helping them achieve their goals within their organizations. Colleen really enjoys impacting revenue and productivity when working with clients.

Colleen grew up in Longview, Texas and now resides in the DFW area. She is married to her best friend and is a devoted mom to her daughter and son. She is actively involved in her community, attends book clubs, bible studies and enjoys spending her free time with friends and family.

 


KELLY FERRETTI – CLIENT CARE MANAGER

Kelly brings a diverse range of experience to the ProActivate family. She received her Associates degree from Indiana Wesleyan University where she studied Communications and later pursued a study in Psychology: Military Resilience from Liberty University.

Kelly began her work in 2006 working with high-profile clientele learning the industry of service and care management. She has worked with various CEO’s, Military personnel, and Non-Profit’s since, where she has helped lead, shape, organize, and bring an overall sense of efficiency to their daily operations.

Kelly has lived in every region of the United States, but currently calls Niles, MI home along with her two daughters. As a former Navy spouse she is an advocate for Veterans and the Military Community, she also enjoys traveling, photography and spending time with her family.
